In May 2020, the Goflow team faced an important challenge: to keep doing our normal work and at the same work on a very important project, but we did it together and it worked. Our team created invented and created a better ventialtionsolution. It’s in our people’s DNA to share this technology and make the world a better place. Our beautiful team has together 30 years of experience in developing innovative ventilation and energy technology.

We are now ready for the next step. Just like you, we would like to be able to sit together in one room again, without having to worry about making each other ill. With our technology, this will soon be possible again.

Mission
Goflow’s mission is to create the healthiest indoor air for all public and utility buildings.

Visie
Creating the healthiest indoor air will be achieved by implementing a new disruptive vision; to ventilate vertically instead of horizontally. By applying the “Vertical Unidirectional Flow” technology which Goflow has developed, there can be guaranteed that the air they breathe is safe, clean, healthy and comfortable.

Ambition
It is our ambition is to put this technology into production and keep innovating and developing it, so that by this decade all relevant public and utility buildings worldwide have some form of Goflow technology in them. As an organization, we will realize this ambition by sharing the accessibility of the technology worldwide on decent conditions, so that together we will have a healthier future.

Norbert Vroege

CEO & Founder

Goflow Technology has made it its mission to develop logical innovative ventilation technology and make it available and share it globally at decent conditions, enabling people to breathe safe and healthy indoor air in all public and utility buildings. My vision is that the “Vertical Laminar Flow” technology developed by Goflow will ensure that all people who enter buildings that are ventilated according to the Goflow principle can be sure that the air they breathe is safe, clean, healthy and comfortable. Furthermore, it is our ambition to put the technology into production in 2020 and to continue to develop it, so that all relevant public and utility buildings worldwide will have some form of Goflow technology in them by this decade. Hereby, we will realize this ambition by expanding and maintaining the accessibility of the technology for end users as well as production and distribution

Jan-Heim Auf dem Brinke

CFO

Jan-Hein strongly believes in GoFlow’s mission and joined the team as CFO. He makes sure the financial and operational affairs contribute to GoFlow’s mission. He keeps in touch with investors, banks, suppliers and sales-partners and collaborates with them to establish financing structures that enables affordable access for our customers to the GoFlow ventilation system. Jan-Hein holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and gained his working experience as auditor and finance director in the financial services industry.

Wessel van Dongen

Sales & Project Mangement

As project manager, Wessel is part of the operations team and is responsible for the projects in the Netherlands where Goflow systems will be installed. Guiding and achieving project planning is his responsibility and being the link between the customer and all involved external installation parties. Wessel obtained his bachelor of business administration at the Hogere Hotelschool The Hague, location Amsterdam. His previous work experience was at a food innovation company where his love for start-up life originated.

Rogier Kappelhoff

Industrial Design Engineer

Rogier is as an external designer and developer part of the R&D department and deals with all matters concerning the development & design of the Goflow system, for example developing new concepts, optimizing parts of the product and enhancing the user experience. He enjoys guiding products from idea to market. Rogier has worked at various design agencies and corporate companies.

Koen Mulder

Industrial Design Engineer

Koen is as an designer and developer part of the R&D department and deals with all matters concerning the development & design of the Goflow system, for example developing new concepts, optimizing parts of the product, enhancing the user experience, building prototypes & creating all the visuals and interfaces. Koen graduated as an Industrial Design Engineer at the Technical University of Twente and has some experience as a designer at a design agency.

Ersin Topper

Software & Hardware Developer

As a developer, Ersin is part of the R&D department and deals with all matters concerning the control and regulation of the air handling unit. Designing and programming a scheme is one of his specialties. Ersin graduated from VU Amsterdam with a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence.

Bas Wijnands

ICT & Technician

Bas is as IT specialist responsible for integrating and implementing all digital systems within Goflow. He maintains all data and digital information from Goflow, ensuring that all air handling units can communicate with each other and with Goflow. If problems arise with the hardware, he will provide support on location. In addition, bas is also responsible for a part of the purchase & financial administration.
