How do we proceed?
3D environment
We want to unburden our clients as much as possible. This means a clear communication structure in which easily accessible project information is available online for all project participants.
But before there is a project, Goflow first makes a full 3D scan of the building and its immediate surroundings. You can compare this to an indoor Google Streetview environment. Every room, basement, and even the roof are captured in this environment. This allows you as a client or project participant to "walk" through a building and examine and assess things from a screen. This avoids unnecessary travel hours and kilometers. Setting up this online 3D environment requires an investment of approximately € 3,000 per building.
The following work will be performed during this period, among others:
- Clearing classrooms
- Dismantle existing ceilings - installations
- Concrete drilling and air sealing of the premises
- Supply and installation of air handling units
- Supply and installation of air ducts
- Carpentry of ducts and installation of paneling
- Supply and install Goflow ceiling and lighting.
- Supply and install Goflow floor
- Supply and install BMS
- Coordinate plastering, painting and cleaning
- QC and classroom delivery
- Clearing classroom
The road to sustainable classroom renovations
Based on the information and statistics derived from this 3D scan, according to a standardized method, a quote manufactured. The turnaround time for producing a comprehensive and clear quotation is approximately one week.
A complete renovation costs approximately € 1.100,- per square foot of classroom space. Often the institution receives a 40% to 60% subsidy on this amount.
After the client's approval, based on this 3D scan, in Revit new technical drawings of the building will be produced, in which the work proposed by Goflow will be incorporated. Producing new drawings will require an investment of approximately €7,500 per building.
Goflow performs the work on regular weekdays between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. and on Saturdays between 7 a.m. and noon. The client provides the exchange rooms.
On average, the turnaround time for a classroom renovation is less than 3 consecutive weeks. In many cases, work is done in clusters of 6 classrooms. At least the above work is performed during this period:
